Arrow Tarantino's next movie is.....DJANGO UNCHAINED

...a spaghetti western (to be shot in Spain and Italy).......starring Christoph Waltz

AICN seems to confirm the original report by Italian actor Franco Nero.

I hope the fact that he has an Austrian accent is part of the joke.

Some things are simply inevitable... Had to happen sooner or later.
'The marquis. Well, you know, to be honest, he seems a little bit dodgy to me.'
'Mm,' she agreed. 'He's a little bit dodgy in the same way that rats are a little bit covered in fur."

Christoph could have the Klaus Kinski appeal, who was excellent in Spaghetti Westerns despite his Aryan characteristics

    Great news. I'm super excited.

Chris Waltz = awesome (he better be the villain)

Tarantino spaghetti western = awesome, long overdue
DC discarded their history, and now has none. DC will always be in the shadows of their past work.

It would be cool if he got another movie going again. He's had a great run so far.

I'm excited. Walz was amazing in Inglorious Basterds, and I'm confident Tarantino will come up with a great part for him. Not a huge Western fan myself, but several of the ones I do like are Sergio Leone movies, so I'm anticipating this as much as I have any Tarantino film, which is to say "a lot".

Now if he would just give Julie Dreyfus a nice big part as opposed to the relatively minor characters she played in Kill Bill and IB, I'll be even happier. Although Westerns aren't often notable for good female roles, so maybe he'd better wait till his next movie.

Speaking of which, Kill Bill II was basically a Western anyways.

Inglorious Basterds had sort of a spaghetti western feel too.

Tarantino said he wants to do a John Brown biopic in that style.

In a lot of ways, it was a western. But it had enough Eastern influence to escape the label somewhat.

I just hope he doesn't cast himself.

He was the worst thing about Sukiyaki Django Western

It would be cool if he could convince Tomas Milian or Terence Hill to participate.
