So Alonso is a big fan of the new character. So of course he's going to be boring as all hell.

I wish Uncanny could get Bachalo back.

Chris Bachalo, you need to stop. Just stop! This crap isn't funny anymore. There are no similarities with anything you draw and actual human beings. The art on that preview is some of the most anoying and disgusting crap I've ever saw! Please, for all that's sacred, stop doing that!

I never saw a human turn into diamonds or have metal claws or glow pink

    Has anyone else?

Chris Bachalo is sex on a comic dude...he's gold. He makes up for Gischler's lame stories and even lamer concepts

If you don't like art maybe Greg Land would be more your taste.

Realistic art is boring and bland. Chris Bachalo's art is an orgasm of style and design.

Wolverine, Spiderman, random people on the street, are suposed to look like human beings. Not with Bachalo!
That guy draws people like he's an alien who never saw humans and is working out of vague descriptions. His anatomy is ridiculous, his pannels are clutered and incompreensible, his storyteling is incompetent and his facial expressions are... I really don't know what to say about those. Nothing looks right in those faces!
Can't he just go away for awhile? That's all I want, a couple of years without Bachalo, Dodson or Land in an X-Men book, just so I can read one again!
Can't they go to other books, start a creator-owned project or, better yet, go to DC for awhile? That's not much to ask! Just a couple of years of X-Men books with good artists.

Yes, 'cos they're oposites. They might have diferent styles but in terms of draggin books down with their art, they are very close.
No, I don't like Greg Land. I like artists who can give me good looking pannels, where I can understand what's happening, filled with characters who look like they're suposed to look and have other facial expressions besides "anime scream". Oh, and eyes too!
Chris Bachalo certainly can't do any of those things.

    Hurrah for shirtless Gambit!

Bachelo's interiors are great. He's great at creating believable worlds.

Ugh, I was all set and ready to drop this title like a bad habit, but gosh darn it, they had to go and recruit Chris Bachalo, the man whom is an artistic God! So very pretty...

    Not necessarily.

Anyway, you've chosen to argue the minority opinion, since Bachalo coming on board was the reason that issue 7 went back up the charts to become the best selling comic that month.
