Ok, so Astonishing, Uncanny, "adjective-less" and Legacy come out in the same week?! Grrrr.
Ok, grrr-ing aside, also Avengers, Iron Man, Thor, Secret Avengers and FF for me.
I'm referring my landlord to Joe Quesada.
edit: Oh, hell, and New Mutants too. This is like the third month this has happened, where all the big books show up in the last week. Marvel's accountants must shit their pants all month long, waiting for the numbers from the last Wednesday of the month. Man, I might have to get Astonishing X-Men #1 at least. I usually dislike Jason Pearson's work (see cover) but, with the interior inks it looks better.
Iron Man 2.0 looks better'n I thought it might, read well too. And, those variant covers look really good. Hmmm.

Yes it is; and I'm guessing that he's just reminiscing when Johnny was sent by Uatu to Galactus' home base to retrieve the Nullifier. Although wanting to use a nullifier on someone who annihilates isn't a long stretch either.

Avengers #10 looks good. Love the defenses Xavier put in place for the gem.
Though one wonders how the Danger Room actually still works given not only the damage, and the fact that it was off-line after "Danger" freed herself from the systems in Astonishing. Though it's been ages, maybe I forgot them rebuilding it. Oh well, let's just assume some sort of back-up systems.
Secret Avengers #10 looks disappointing as usual. I can't wait til Brubaker is off the book, and maybe it'll actually start improving.Last edited by Beast; 02-18-2011 at 06:14 AM.
