I had been wondering why they didn't call it that instead of just "Spider-man" so they in that way could show that it was a beginning.
Guess the people on the movie have thought the same

I am not crazy about the redesign of the costume, but I won't let that be the make it or break it point. They can always give him a more standard Spiderman design suit in the next one. I understand wanting to differentiate this from the previous films... but some or the aesthetic changes are to me... arbitrary and un-neccessary.

The more I see and learn about this movie, the more I am really liking it. Love the redesign and love that they are adding Amazing to the title.

Being shot entirely in 3D? So does that mean no chance of it being seen in just 2D?

Not a fan of the redesign either, but its a small complaint. I'm liking everything else about the movie so far

I'm just annoyed this can't tie into the other Marvel franchises because it is handled by Sony. Sort of like how the X-franchises can't tie in because they are FOX.

Or at least so I am led to believe.

I do not like the new suit and I think it may tick me off a bit if I see much of it in the movie.

Sweet photo. Distinguishes itself from the Maguire version, but definitely says "Spider-Man".
Wonder Woman does not need a sword or shield. She's Wonder Woman.

you believe correctly. I really hope Disney flexes some of it's financial muscle and re-aquires some of the Marvel Properties (like Daredevil and Fantastic Four... I think they already got the Punisher back), but i can't even imagine what it'd cost to get Spidey back from Sony and the X-franchise back from Fox, probably 9 figures+

Don't really like the costume, but I'm more concerned about other things in the film.

I was pretty much expecting this. Makes sense. Now the question is: Will the sequels be "Spectacular" "Sensational" and/or "Friendly Neighborhood"?
