Carnage #3 Spoilers and Discussion

ok here goes

spoilers:

as we saw in the preview, Carnage is trying to take over the doctors head. It breaks free of the lab and confronts iron man and spidey on the surface. Carnage then sprouts wings and flies away. nice Back underground Shriek is being moved. Doople is still alive. he attacks the guards but is lossing. Shriek cuts loose and kills them. Goes to comfort doople. iron man and spidey and the wannabes track carnage... shes headed to that guy whom made the arms main office. Iron man in for the save, guy tells him that carnage isn after him.... Turns out he kept Cletus alive.... hes now got a cyborg lower half... we end with the symbiote throwing the girl out and starting to slither on to Cletus.

I haven't picked up the issue yet, but I hope Cletus isn't going to be Carnage again. I can't imagine Zeb doing something so 'safe', though.

This has been such an under-rated series so far. It is just sad that a new title that does some awesome "new and fresh" things with some classic 90's characters just isn't given the attention it deserves.

I think Spider-Man and Iron Man could of been left out of this and it would of been just as good. The villians are the major reason I'm collectin' the series, and they could easily carry it on their own.

Its just good to finally see Doppleganger and Shriek back in action, and I normally hate "gender changes" with the burning passion of a thousand suns - but the story here is original, creative, and it works for me.
