If the Seperate companies would allow it, Archie could produce the very 1st Video Game vs comic in the company's history with Sonic vs Mega Man at last and fully putting to rest who is the true blue.![]()
I love MegaMan! I'm psyched to get this. I think it would be cool if they did a Mega Man X book too.
I'm for sure picking this series up, I love the games and I am just catching up with the manga as well. Very interesting to see where this goes...
I wonder if they should make a sister title based on the animated Mega Man series.
you know the one . . .
"Super fighting robot . . . Mega Man!"

Show me a bitter nazi and I'll show you a sour kraut.

I'll give this a go. I'm hoping for some Protoman (Blues) love in it.
I'm definitely looking forward to this one; If Ian Flynn can make Sonic the Hedgehog a thoroughly entertaining read month after month, coupled with some gorgeous artwork, and I think this will be a great read.

If only there were some way comic books could be written so that each one was self-contained and you could read them in any order.Part of the fun of the "Mega Man" series of games involves deciding in which order to tackle the bosses and their levels, a device that may be difficult to reproduce in comics.
Wow, it's been so long since I've been on here that I think my old account has been deleted, so I had to register again. ANYWHO... my OCD and fanboyism has made me need to respond to something.
I would hope that wouldn't happen, as Mega Man and Mega Man X are NOT the same character. Mega Man is Dr. Light's second creation (132cm tall, weighing 105kg, and usually depicted with blue eyes save for in Mega Man Megamix), while X is his magnum opus; his final creation (160cm tall, weighing a sleek 57kg, and usually depicted with green eyes). Also, one of the database CDs in the game "Mega Man and Bass" hints that Dr. Light had already began working on creating X, at that time. Word of God has even stated that they're two completely separate entities. They're not the same character, but they are brothers.
Speaking of Word of God...
Keiji Inafune had debunked that theory, too. Zero killing everyone from the Classic series is nothing more than fanon.
*cough* This is quite a returning first post, isn't it?
Ummm, in other news, I'm quite stoked for this upcoming comic series, being the diehard Mega Man fan that I am.

Hey there Mega-fans!
Don't forget about Hitoshi Ariga's new Mega Man Gigamix manga series, launching from UDON May 4, 2011. This three-volume epic story features every Robot Master from Mega Man 1-8, plus the Stardroids, Bass, Duo, Proto Man and more.
You can find more info and preview pages on the UDON Blog :)

Im more of a Megaman X fan but I cant wait to get this. Maybe if it can last after we get to game 10 it could become Megaman X.
I don't think it would become that series, but I'm sure that if this series is successful enough, then eventually Capcom might let Archie do a Mega Man X comic series, as well. Then we'd have double the Mega Man comics.
Heck, we do already have two Sonic series, afterall (Sonic the Hedgehog and Sonic Universe).
C'mon, Archie, give me what I really want:

King Conan - Usagi Yojimbo - Mouse Guard - Courtney Crumrin - X-O Manowar - Archer & Armstrong - Back Issue!
I'm iffy about this. I love Mega Man but Archie going it makes me wary. I don't want it to be fulled with cluster like the Sonic comics.
