Marvel has released an advance look at "Captain America and Crossbones." part of March's Captain America celebration, the one-shot is written by William Harms with art by Declan Shalvey and a Greg Tocchini cover.

Declan Shalvey is one of my favorites.
Top 10: Hawkguy, GIJoe Cobra, The Massive, Daredevil, Wonder Woman, Fury MAX, The Black Beetle, Batman, Winter Soldier, Suicide Squad, and The Activity.

I'm not particularly interested in Crossbones as a character, but I'll probably check this out for the art alone - I love Declan Shalvey's art!

I'm a little biased, but anyone who likes Crossbones is going to enjoy the heck out of this story. And Dec's art is amazing -- you haven't seen anything yet.

Funny thing is, I was going to say my only hesitance was that I don't really know the creative team. Although looking at your bio, I've played inFamous. I wasn't the hugest fan of the game's storyline, but that was more due to the seemingly needless inclusion of the morality system, and something tells me that wasn't a writer-level decision.

SO EXCITED for this one shot. I loved Crossbones in Thunderbolts (thrilled to learn he's still apart of the squad!!!); and really enjoying him in TPB's of Brubaker's Captain America. And I really enjoyed Declan Shalvey's artwork in Thunderbolts Shadowland (though I love Walker's work too). The previews look great! Originally Posted by William Harms

Whoa! I am not familiar with Duncan Shalvey at all but his art looks amazing! This guy has style AND he can tell a story. I'm buying this.
What else has he done?

This looks amazing!!! Love the Tocchini cover as well. Started reading Thunderbolts at #150 so I only got to read about Crossbones for a short lil while.
