I think it's also perhaps a bit worrying. I do love me some Hellboy/Mignolaverse, but... maybe this is getting a bit too... Marvel? That's a LOT of titles to pick up. $77 worth of comics based on a $3.50 cover price (about average for Mignola stuff, I think), and that's without the full lot shown. And considering how much titles overlap (even Exorcism and Pickens County had overlap with existing stories, and I wonder if Pickens County will somehow be linked to Vampire), it seems like few of these can be missed.

Colour me intrigued, but slightly concerned.

Just updated various sections. There's a lot to look forward to this year! In 2013 we have Hellboy, B.P.R.D., B.P.R.D. Hell on Earth, Lobster Johnson, Abe Sapien and Sledgehammer '44. If a Witchfinder story pops up, then this could be the year we see a story from every series in the Hellboy Universe line!

And, of course, there'll be more Baltimore too.

Well, the April solicitations have finally come out. Nothing new at all. Guess we'll be getting Lobster Johnson in May, probably The Scent of a Lotus.

It's looking like the next B.P.R.D. Hell on Earth trade (volume 5) to come out will be the one collecting The Pickens County Horror, The Transformation of J.H. O'Donnell and The Abyss of Time. The Return of the Master trade (volume 6) will probably come out very shortly afterwards.

I wonder if they'll reprint that War on Frogs issue (#4? I forget) when/if we get an Ash trade.

I doubt they will. That story has already been collected in a B.P.R.D. trade and a volume of the Plague of Frog omnibuses. If and when they ever do an entire trade of Ashley Strode stories, they'll all be material that's never been collected before. It'll probably just come out as a regular Hell on Earth trade, except full of stories about Ash. As soon as Cameron Stewart writes at least three issues more of material, it'll happen.

Damn ha, was looking forward to solicits all week for the next tpb news but nada. Finally caught up all the way to present day in B.P.R.D. after christmas, vol. 4 of Plague of Frogs to v.4 of Hell On Earth, such good stuff. Now I've went from the problem of having to catch up to the problem of waiting haha.
