    Default BPRD: Vampire

An upcoming story with art by brothers Gabriel Ba and Fabio Moon. A sequel to 1947 and 1948. It will be set in the year 1948 (I think. Not sure I heard that properly).

This is exciting news, so we're getting this and 1948? I love these flash back stories and the vampire plot is awesome.

That reveal at the end was great! Man, with that tidbit I'm really pumped to see how this fits into what we already know about the mythos surrounding Hellboy.

    March can't come fast enough.

I didn't look at the pages. I didn't want to see any spoilers. But, man, those covers look good! I'm so excited about this series! And it's written by Mike Mignola alone too, a rarity these days. Oh, my hopes are very high.

Yeah, I figured that some might not so I was intentionally vague, but you're going to love it when you see it. Trust me, I guarantee it.

And me? I'm hoping that with the comic being a year away that I might forget I saw it, but I just had to peak.

So it starts in March... I guess 1948 ends in February and it just launches straight into the next story. Man, so much is going on now... And there's still more announces coming. Whatever Max and Sebastian Fiumara are working on is gonna be big.

I guess I gotta keep an eye on COMICSALLIANCE.COM this week...

To give fans a glimpse of what's to come, the publisher has provided ComicsAlliance with preview art for five upcoming B.P.R.D. story arcs. We'll be debuting one a day, all week, starting today with a look at B.P.R.D.: Vampires #1, by Mike Mignola, Fábio Moon and Gabriel Bá.

My guess is the rest of the week will preview A Cold Day in Hell, Wasteland, and the two Lobster Johnson stories by Kevin Nowlan and Sebastian Fiumara. If we're really lucky we might see what's going on with Abe.

The correct title is Vampire, not Vampires.

I don't know how much that can be trusted, in today's preview for BPRD Abyss of Time the title on the art is BPRD: Caveman which seems unlikely.

The art might be right and the proper title could be Vampire but there's a possibility it might not be.

Gabriel Ba posted it on Twitter, saying that everyone had the title wrong and that the correct title was Vampire.

That would seem pretty definitive then.

BPRD Cavemen is a funny title though.

Dry Dock was A Cold Day in Hell's working title.
