The star of such films as "The Devil Wears Prada" and "Brokeback Mountain" will join Christian Bale for the next installment of Christopher Nolan's Batman franchise as the eventual Catwoman along with Tom Hardy's Bane.

For me, on these superhero movies, the cast is the single most important part, and yes she has the look to play selina Kyle.

You know this make the Nolan trilogy and Brokeback Mountain strangely connected

Heath Ledger was in both movie

Anne Hateway going to be in Rises

Jake Gyllenhaal could have been picked to become Batman and in Brokeback mountain he's married to Anne Hateway and Maggie Gyllenhaal ended up playing Rachel Dawnes.

Interesting. Good to see that Bane will be used again. He got the short end of the stick in the last movies, made nothing more than a brainless man mountain. Bane is a great villain.

And Tom Hardy packed on the muscle for Bronson. The guy can definitely pull of the look. He was a beast in that film. He's also definitely got the chops to pull off the more cunning, intelligent side to the character too.

Honestly, I was sorta uninterested in this movie. But now that Tom Hardy is playing Bane, my excitement levels just went up a few notches. Should be pretty epic. I had a feeling after TDK came out that the final movie would be an adaptation of Knightfall. Seems to be the case. Maybe Nolan is gonna do something different and end the trilogy with a downer? Batman being broken?

Love the casting and after two superior films I can't doubt Nolan and his crew. Looking forward to this film more than I am looking forward to the Avengers film.

Bane wouldn't be as big as Hulk. He'll be a big lump for sure, but not that big.

Hardy can definitely pull of the look. Check out Bronson, he was a beast in that and he could probably go even bigger.
