The blonde pretty-boy on the right, I'm relatively sure is Havok (which makes his relationship with Cyclops a little strange). Also, the dark-haired girl on the left is Rose Byrne, who I believe is playing Moira McTaggert.

Honestly, the way the image cropped and lit (and the fact that it's so small) we see very little of the costumes, not really enough to make an informed qualitative judgment either way.
