Is a new Batman animated series in the works?

There are no details anounced. I'm not a fan of the idea of a CGI cartoon series, but I'll remain open minded, since I've enjoyed all the Batman cartoons since TAS (yes even The Batman).

I'm not sold on the CGI part, but I'm going to take a wait and see approach. CGI has gotten a lot better in the last few years.

All that we know is that the people doing Brave and the Bold are involved (though they said it would have a different tone), and that it's going to be done in CGI.

Tbh I love every cartoon series that have been made about Batman, from Batman TAS to The Batman and Batman: The brave and the bold...I just wish they would make more of The Batman shows, it was really good.

On topic: I really hope that they release a new Batman show, the other one's have come to a stop and I want to see something happen :)

Eh, I like Iron Man Armored Adventures, but it'd probably be wrong for Batman. But hell, I'll give it a go.
And I liked The Batman.

bleh, We already have a somewhat light hearted cartoon of batman, It'd be nice for a semi-dark one. IMO, that cartoony 3-d wont work well with batman (although i may be wrong, who knows.)

I actually think the Clone Wars are good looking CGI cartoons. I wouldn't mind a style similar to that.

I just saw a trailer of Batman: Arkham Asylum on Youtube, and the graphics seem to be FAR superior to BTAS.

Am I wrong?

I love The Batman... I honestly think folks are too close minded and stuck in their ways to truly enjoy it's awesomeness...
