    YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Even though he's goofy as hell, I think he has a better pulse on the fans than Brevoort does. Excellent news.

I used to prefer Brevoort to Alonso because I thought Tom had a better grasp on continuity (and wasn't afraid to tell writers "no" when they pitched bad ideas), but in recent years they've become indistinguishable.

    Congrats to Axel!

Wow, this is...really, quite surprising. Very curious how--if at all--this might affect some of Marvel's publishing plans.

That's pretty awesome. I've liked his work. Very good at getting good talent.

Wow, this kinda trumps that DC letter pages news, huh?

Congrats to Axel. What does this mean for Brevoort?

Good choice, as Joe remarked, Alonso has a good eye for talent.

    WHOA! That's big news.

Let the internet war over the Quesada Era begin! My vote: one of the best in comics history. About time for a change at the top, though, I suppose.

    Congrats to AA!
