I wonder if we should start calling Brian "Cronan" from now on.
I'm all for it!
All hail *Cronan!*
Also, this list surprised me.
I thought Morning Glories was going to crack the top ten, and was disappointed that it didn't.
And I fully expected Morrison's Batman to take the top spot.
I didn't expect Ware's Acme Novelty Library to do that.
But as someone who has been using her downtime to read Chris Ware's work, I must say that I am delighted at the result.

JayToddz! Jason Motherf****** Todd. I'm a fan.

I'm a little surprised none of the Marvel cosmic line made it in the top 100: Guardians of the Galaxy, Nova, or The Thanos Imperative ... they definitely had a lot better writing and art than some of the books listed.
Why did'nt Topcow's Artifacts made it on this top 100 list? It was one of the best events that came out this year and well written by Ron Marz.![]()
Favorites: Fearless Defenders* New Avengers* Bloodshot* Shadowman* Archer & Armstrong
I honestly have no problem with that top ten.
Nice work, guys.
Awh yea, Thor The Mighty Avenger and Daytripper made it. I am glad those did, hopefully this means Thor Mighty Avenger can pick up some more TPB and last issue sales to let the series ride to #12 or whatever was supposed to be the end of the 'current story arc' or whatever.
A great list all round.
I like Aurora, Domino, Rogue, Nemi, Agent Brand, Nocturne, PJ Harvey, Warpath, Galacta, Cassandra Cain, X-23, Battles, She Hulk, and.. some others.
Have a nice day!
Did I miss something? Where was Locke & Key, S.H.I.E.L.D. and/or BPRD in the Top 100!?
Not much love for Jeff Parker's Underground.
I'm glad to see The Unwritten make it toward to top of the list, it's my favorite monthly.
I love me some Morrison, but I'm not sure his Batman stuff really belongs so high up.
I wouldn't have put any of those in my top ten, but its not a big deal.
Generation Lost doesn't make the top 100? C'mon guys, this is one of the best mainstream comics being published.
American Vampire is overrated, imo.
Wilson is just awesome and easily deserves it's spot. I laughed so hard when I read this. Clowes at his best.
No X-men Forever @ #1 !!! How can this list be legitimate??/

The Top 10 is great. Not my Top 10 but a justified list that shows people who truly appreciate the medium in all ways.
However, the Top 100, looking back on the whole of it now, is abysmal. The inclusion of titles such as Spider-Girl and Earth One while superb work such as Artifacts, Invincible Iron-Man, Justice League: Generation Lost, Locke and Key and Shield amongst others showcases a stunning ignorance.
I appreciate a lot of the list but am so disappointed in it at the same time.
