    FF?

I liked Fantastic Four better but We'll see who's on the team first.

I sure wish Marvel would pick one numbering system and stick to it.

I'm surprised they are going back to a #1. I figured they would just change the name and keep the numbering. I don't see it lasting all that long though. #600 a little over a year away.

They should replace the Thing with Bruce Banner.

Did Hickman design the teaser? It looks like his style.

I sure wish people wouldn't get so worked up over the numbering, which is quite trivial. This looks promising, I love the Fan Four and am quite happy they are putting money into the line.

I think it might be what someone here guessed before "Fantastic Force". They wouldn't call it Fantastic Four if their's only 3 members would they?

Numbering isn't trivial when you're a fan and try to keep track of storylines, events and character development. It gets hella confusing.

I just don't want them to jack up the rpice! #1s tend to do that....

I'll still get this book if they do but I WILL drop something else.

Its just aggravating to those of us who've collected for a long time/picked up lots of back issues and try to keep them organized. If you don't count this as the fourth volume of the book, it will still be awkward going from 587 to 600 (presumably).

This could just be a limited series, in addition to the regular FF? It would seem to be silly to go back to #1 prior to issue #600, unless they feel that such a move will boost sales.

It would improve sales I'm sure, so they'd do it. Ultimate Spider-Man ended, got a new #1 as Ultimate Comics Spider-Man, then went to Ultimate Comics Spider-Man for issue 150 fourteen issues later.

I agree..... We alreadly have the Heroes Return era that makes it confusing when you talk about classic FF issues like #5, or the Galactus trilogy. You end up with an FF #49 vol 1 or FF#49 vol 2. The first has Galactus, the second has Abraxas.

Me too. I don't think we will see that $2.99 price tag again. I'm betting this week's issue is the last one at that price. Tom B said something about there being bonus material in the first $3.99 issue, that deals with the aftermath. Most of the time, that indicates a reprint of something though.
