Finally somebody has figured out a use for a T-Rex's useless little arms.

Easily my favorite part of the teaser image.
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.

And either must die at the hand of the other for neither can live while the other survives.

So it's a comic book about some teen and a dinosaur with robot armor?

Seriously, I'm not surprised since I do believe Kirkman admitted to owning a replica of the Speed Racer car. Someone who is in that into Japanese cartoony stuff, I just can't be surprised that they'd do a comic book about a dinosaur with robot armor and a teen companion.

I keep hoping Kirkman will manage to do something new that's more like TWD and less cartoony and superheroesque.

Wonder if I should give up hope.
Current Pull List: The Walking Dead, Revival, and TMNT (sometimes)

Well, I've been wanting to pick-up a Image Comic for awhile. This looks like the place to start! No backstory. No back issues.

Why does he need to do something more like Walking Dead? He's already writing Walking Dead. He wanted to do a book that his kids could read. Not everything he does has to be aimed at the eighteen and older crowd. Even Invincible skews a little older.

Did Wonder Woman and Superman just catch an aircraft carrier?

    I worded that wrong.

What I meant is I keep hoping he'll do something that's equally as dark, gritty, and adult oriented like The Walking Dead. I wouldn't want him to do another zombie title but to see him tackle another more mature like genre in my opinion would be cool. The Walking Dead did for zombies in comics what 30 Days did for vamps in comics. However, in my opinion, 30 Days and TWD are in the extreme minority when it comes to more well written horror titles. Many of the ones on the market right now are awfully sugary, or just really poorly written. I still would love to see werewolves handled in the same way 30 Days and TWD is handled and I think Kirkman or Niles could do so beautifully, if they wanted to. But after the Astounding Wolfman, I imagine Kirkman wouldn't want to do werewolves again even though Astounding was cartoony and the exact opposite of what I'd like to see.

Anyone else think Astounding Wolf-man was just bad. It was so lame.. This one looks cool though.

Sounds good, as always my main hope is that something called "all ages" or "kid friendly" have a price point that reflects that goal.
