Given that Plague of Frogs has now been collected in Omnibus format, has there been any talk of collecting Hell on Earth as such? I'd want them to wait for the end of the current cycle, if only so they can shuffle things around if need be, like the War on Frogs issues.

The talk is "not for a long time". It won't happen until it's finished, which is a LONG way away.

Hell on Earth will be collected in the omnibus format eventually, but only after cycle is finished because, as you pointed out, some things will be shuffled around a bit, and that's something that can only really be done properly in retrospect. Hell on Earth will also be longer than Plague of Frogs. The current series, The Return of the Master, will be collected in the sixth Hell on Earth trade, and Plague of Frogs was twelve trades, so that should give you some idea of how far we have yet to go.

We will NOT do Hell on Earth omnibuses anytime soon. When we wrap up Plague of Frogs, that is it for the time being. We only planned the Plague hardcovers after realizing exactly when the story would end, and how many trades it would comprise; we don't yet know exactly when HoE ends, or how many trades you'll get.
