My Top 10 of 2010 (with another 15 honorable mentions) will hit during the final weeks of December.

I have only read the first three volumes of Lone Wolf and Cub. I enjoy it, but I don't know that I have much to say about it, and I never seem to feel like reading any more of it.

I would second the American Vampire HC. I got it on the book depository for 11 euros. Great bargain.
