This sounds like a great convention and if the TSA didn't have to grope me and my family, we would be heading to London in an instant! Lord knows I'm tired of how crowded SDCC is and all their registration snafus.

I'm very, very, very wary of this. It's a nice idea to get the film companies on board, and I know the Bristol Con have tried to do that for years, but as Rich Johnston points out, MCM is bigger and has a wider customer base.
Plus the location is central London and that's not cheap for a lot of people who would fancy going; especially during the recession and it looks as if the admission fee only covers getting in and not the panels which is something we're not used to in British cons.
However his ace is the likes of Frankie Boyle and Jonathon ross. He gets them confirmed and he'll sell out.
