*sigh*
What percentage of this interview was 'Can't talk about it' answers?
Standard Fare, nothing new, important or interesting. What a waste.
Seriously. What's the "goal"/purpose of hosting these interviews?
Yeah, I don't get it. I read 'Comic Book Legends Revealed' to learn about interesting stuff that has already happened. I read this hoping to learn something new, something to inspire curiosity...nope.
KIMOTAZAM!!
(like 'Zing!', only bigger and louder)
Nothing of interest in this interview. Focus on fan questions. Ask a number of them and if the answer is 'wait and see' or 'I can't tell you' then don't bother including it in the interview and move on to the next question.
The only reason I clicked on the article was because Marvelman was featured prominently on the banner. I should have guessed it was just another "wait and see" answer.
While we're on the subject, and as someone who has supported the Mick Anglo stuff even though I'm much more interested in getting a quality Moore/Gaiman collection, I'm disgusted with the hardcover treatment that the first MM reprint collection received. The cover and binding were poorly put together, and the pages were cheap newsprint. Considering all the hoopla Marvel made when they acquired MM, they don't seem to have put a lot of effort into building the brand since then.
Not being a contrarian. But I like the veil of secrecy. Too many surprises are ruined by advanced solicitation. New series don't get a chance to gain a fanbase because routinely people read an opinion on a book before they get a chance to read it for themselves--and it kills the book--then people read it and say, hey it wasnt that bad. Well, too late--Critic snipers and people with an agenda have already created a negative buzz.
Keeping cards close to their vest, insures that people have to actually read a book before they judge it by the cover.
My 2 cents.

well if there must be a CLOAK AND DAGGER tv serial, i'd love to see them back in comics too - at last, either on their own title, or guest-starring in another (SECRET AVENGERS, LAST DEFENDERS,..)
... but i'd like to actually fcking see them..somewhere

Wow that was a giant waste of time. I could of forgiven Joe not having interesting to say at all sometimes interesting stuff just isn't going on but damn could they have at least had some cool new artwork. These things used to have them instead Joes face on some body builder.
