There was a promotional event in Midtown Comics with Joe Quesada and New York City Mayor Mike Bloomberg.
The Jiminez cover was impressive.

I just ran out and picked up a few copies of the Daily News. Strange thing, neither of the images of that preview art is actually in the story. Weird.

I know they added some new scenes to the Obama meets Spider-Man story after its initial publication, with Chameleon impersonating the President-Elect and Peter Parker meeting John McCain.
