Smoking Hot: Neal "Thunderbird" Sharra Appreciation

Chris Claremont has given the X franchise many wonderful things. One of his most wonderful contributions is Neal Shaara AKA Thunderbird III. Very few new characters are able to resonate with comic book readers, but Neal's tenure in the sensational title X-Treme X-Men has allowed him to become one of the best new characters of the past decade.

In his short time as an X-Man Neal has accomplished much. He dated OmegaSentinel, Psylocke, and Lifeguard and was able to do so without appearing to be a massive douche bag, something even Cyclops has not achieved! Also Bishop revealed that Neal will be a legendary X-Man, greater even than some current X-Men!

Clearly there are many reasons to appreciate Neal Shaara. But perhaps the most important and relevant is that he is RICH & HOT! So please appreciate and discuss.

The ONLY time I found him to be a decent character was when Morrison wrote him. He did more with him in that one issue of New X-men than CC did in his entire run. I was hoping some other writer would have picked him up like some of the other X-treme characters (Lifeguard, Slipstream) bc they werent as horrible as people made them out to be, but definetly could have benefited written from someone elses' perspective. Thunderbird was proof of that

I liked him a lot and think that he got kinda shafted. He is ripe for a comeback though. And, yes HAWT!
