I never read the books either, but this looks really promising (and I’m not even a fan of westerns). I was there for the reveal at Comic Con, where it got a great response and I’ve had this movie in the back of my mind (and front of a shirt) for the past few months. When I first heard the title I thought this was the worst idea in the world. Maybe it’s just because of the big names attached, but I think this concept is just dumb enough to work.
More importantly it helped wash away some of the bad taste left from the Green Lantern trailer.

I read the graphic novel a couple of years ago. This looks way different (and way better) than I remember. I'll have to dig it back out and refresh myself.

Never read the book, but this looks like something I might wanna see: James Bond and Indiana Jones in a sci-fi Western.

Looks pretty cool. I'm a sucker for old school westerns so I like Favs is going for that vibe (at least until the aliens show up). This could be the one that trumps all the superhero movies.
