Does anyone know if the book on the right here will be the same as the year's recoloured (and massively overpriced) hardcover? I know it has the same artwork but that could be temporary. Also, it has the same contents as the previous HC but the same contents as the HC. So confused...

    1) Mutant Genesis 2.0... if that is collecting the rest of Jim Lee's X-Men run, then AWESOME. But it needs to be in TPB.

    2) I don't get why they are releasing X-Force in hardcover and not classic. It pisses me off, I have the issues, I'm not going to buy hardcover. But I would TPB.

Well they should release the second half of Lee's X-Men. The first 7 issues have been released like 10 times.

FYI, a number of recent X-Factor trades seem to be getting a reprint in January, which means their current paperback editions are only HEAVY sale at Amazon - as cheap as $6! If you've been waiting to buy them, now is the time.

Astonishing's TPBs are similarly on deep sale.

    Is Age of X in soft-cover yet? I don't like buying hard-cover.

    WOW!!!! Major surprises there.

NM Classic #7 should wrap up the series through the beginning of the FotM hardcover, which means there are very few issues left to collect.

Hidden Years has been in demand forever and is probably the best First Class film analog that exists. I'm sure it will do well.

I wouldn't go that far about NM. I think it will go through #54, which was the end of Claremont's run. The usual number of issues that goes in one of these just makes it to that issue.

I hope they release the Simonson issues in this way though, to connect to the Cable & The New Mutants HC.

The last issue prior to Fall of the Mutants is #54, so that means we'll have a solid run of reprints from #1-61! We'll only be missing #62-70 & #74-83 (technically #85-86 are in Acts of Vengeance). Then the series will be WRAPPED!

Just for future reference, how many months does the soft cover usually come out after the hard cover?
