I hope Fiumara and Harren become Mignolaverse mainstays, and more specifically; I really want to see a Hellboy OGN with art by Fiumara.

Not adding anything new, other then I'm very, very pleased to see this moving forward.
Yeah, that'd be cool. Looks like those OGNs are going to be a rare thing though. There's been no mention of any in the works except for Duncan Fegredo's The Midnight Circus, but that's in the very early stages, so I don't really expect to see it until late 2013.
Yeah, me too.
^I'm goin' through withdrawal with the rarity that Hellboy stories have become after the average of 7 or so issues a year in the last few years.
DHP would be a great venue for Hellboy flashback tales... just sayin.'
It's a common thing, every week I pick up my pull I still kind expect to see a Hellboy book even though I know there isn't one being published yet.
Well, the early B.P.R.D. stories have been given a title: The Secret Origins Trilogy.
I hope this means we'll see a B.P.R.D.: The Secret Origins omnibus at some point in the future.
A glimpse at one of the covers...
It doesn't look good for Simon.
It seems inevitable. Why else would they give the trilogy an official name that we haven't seen anywhere else? It's coming. It must. haha.
Beautiful. The synopsis of the issue sounds intriguing as well...
*SPOILER* *SPOILER* *SPOILER* *SPOILER* *SPOILER* *SPOILER* *SPOILER* *SPOILER*
As the battle between the atomic-bred monsters and the B.P.R.D. rages in the Utah desert, Professor Bruttenholm and the agents successfully kill one of the beasts and conduct an autopsy with horrifying results.
There's a three-page preview of 1948 #1 in the back of John Arcudi's The Creep #0 if anyone wants to check it out.
