Great photos and awesome costumes. Durarara is a rather confusing manga but the key point is that the cat helmet biker chick is the original Headless horseman.

At least the guy in the Sailor Moon costume is of fairly average build--he could have been another in a long line of 300+ pound Sailor Bubbas. (One reason why I generally avoid crossdressing when costuming--nobody really wants to see fat dudes in skirts.)
Steampunk Iron Man is absolutely badass. I hear he/she/whoever's in there came away with a prize in the costume contest, yes?
This is the first time I've ever seen a photo of Michael Sinterniklaas....I had no idea that he looked so much like a grown-up Dean Venture.
