Every Animated series of Marvel Characters have been NOTHING BUT CRAP. This Avengers series is no exception.
Clearly, Marvel's demographic research has shown that America's children have grown more and more RETARDED over time.
It's no surprise that I don't even collect any Marvel Comics whatsoever any more.

And from what I see, the dialog in The Avengers is far better than anything I watched growing up in the 80's when the characters did talk like the kids were retarded. Have you seen Thundercats? So if you think this is retarded, then I don't really know what you're expecting.

I'm surprised we're already getting Cap's reappearance in the modern day in the cartoon. I was expecting at least one more episode before Steve Rogers entered the scene.

I'm 28, and I love it. Granted, I'm not the biggest Avengers fan or follower, so I can't really tell you how faithful it is to the source material, but from what I know it's close enough.
