It's bi-monthly. Also, it's not tied into any ongoing storylines and is generally off doing its own thing. And, on top of that, it's a time travel story, which isn't really a popular gimmick for either character.

I really like the series (Aaron and Kubert are knocking it out of the park), but I'm not shocked it hasn't taken off.

I think the fact that its bi-monthly is hurting it. And while I think its the best book of the month when it does come out, the fact is...the story may be a little too off-the-wall for most people, especially considering the main players

the bi-monthly stuff definitely turned me off from getting the single issues originally. as did the $ 3.99 price point.

i like time travel & off the wall stuff, though, so i may still end up getting this series despite the seemingly off-putting sales.

maybe many readers wait for the tradepaperback. It's in a way ideal for that.
