I might buy two so I can rip the cover off one and hang it on my wall.

    No, I'm not joking.

I'm so psyched for this issue. I can't wait to see where the "new direction" takes us. Looks like there are some hints for the future in the art. We know the next story arc will have some relation to sports so the zombie/mummy/dead/whatever baseball player is probably a part of that. Who is the character at the far left - the straightedger listening to the ipod? Have we met that person yet? And what does Tony's brother have sewed up in that chicken? And are we about to get some alien action here with all the allusions to space (including a space fruit)?

Really looking forward to getting this issue in hand! Hurry up November!

I would definitely buy one. Are you listening, Rob?

I don't know who that person is either. Nor do I know the woman with her arm around the zombie or the fat accountant type guy to the right of D-Bear. Any ideas on those two?

If I had to guess right now, I would say Chow has either a gallsaberry or large chog sewn up in that chicken. Could really be anything though, we are in for some big surprises this issue.

I have been waiting for aliens or some space action ever since the arctic issue, where this scene appears to be set. At this point I would be shocked if they didn't show up. Also, the lady with her arm around the zombie is wearing a NASA shirt.

There is also what appears to be a wedding ring box on the left side of the table. The ring box from #14 was green though. I would guess we have a wedding in the future. I wonder if it will be the obvious couple or the secret one.

What does Savoy have on his fork? Doesn't look like a beet...

I can't remember why but I feel like I saw the NASA girl somewhere but I was originally going to question who she was when I made the post so maybe we haven't seen her.

The dude by D-bear was the guy we saw who was tasting food for that guy - he can tell all the ingredients just by tasting. I can't remember which issue and they aren't with me right now but I remember someone pointing him out to Tony and Tony taking offense to being compared to him.

I'm thinking Mason is about to dine on an ear, and the ring box may be the same one that Tony's old girl gave him with the toe.

What a great cover. Really fun to see tips of the hat to old friends and some hints at what is to come.
