Too bad they're lumbered with that awful costume - the one good thing Arana always had going for her was her original costume, which managed to strike the perfect balance between striking and believable. I get that they felt the need to make an obvious change in order to rehabilitate the brand but it's a pity that it's not a change for the better. Having said that, the creative team is more than worthy of the spotlight - I've long scratched my head wondering why Marvel doesn't make better use of Clayton Henry in particular. This should be a really good book.
Really? I love the new costume! I'll definitely be looking into this series.

I wish Ms. Marvel was in the book, rather than Sue Richards. It makes more sense with Anya's history.
Also, I really thought Hickman was gonna kill off Sue. Huh.
READ SNARKED!
Like anything else from the current Spider Office:
Pass.
I liked Arana well enough when she was in Ms. Marvel but nowhere near enough.
PS Apparently they just axed "Young Allies" so this will be your only place to get your Arana fix.
Schmitty's Evil Twin.
This series will be canceled in 6 issues. If the previous ARANA series and the previous SG series couldn't survive in the current market , there's no way in hell that this series will sell well or last long. The original Spider-Girl is more popular (how much more popular could be debated) then Arana, and yet her series couldn't survive or sell well in the current market.
When was Young Allies axed? Marvel was recently promoted a crossover between Young Allies, Spider-Girl and Avengers Academy.
Schmitty's Evil Twin.
Nope, it's #6. #7 isn't shipping.
And I don't think anyone, no matter how fast and loose they may play with continuity, would allow something as major as a dead character walking around in another series that isn't theirs, especially given the hype surrounding "Three"...unless it's only for the November and December issues of Spider-Girl. Then, well...![]()
This just in: Chris Sprouse has pulled out of Orson Scott Card.
what ever happened to the forum rules of not using creators/fellow cbr posters names and making snyde remarks about them based on nothing but bias.
you have not read this and say it will be cancelled. why even comment at all? multiple times infact, in a thread about a comic you wont even give a chance to.
