Ruse is still one of my favorite runs of comics EVER.
I am beyond excited.
Good news on Waid being involved. Also, in the Simon Archard art you can see nods to Kiss, Kiss, Bang, Bang; Route 666; Way of the Rat; and possibly El Cazador. There are probably more, I just haven't figured them out yet.

Free your soul and let it fly....
Add me to those excited about Ruse. I wish I'd known about it before it was canceled. I've got the first two trades, but have never seen the post-Waid issues.
Any thoughts on those from those who did read them?

While still very good, the book did lose some steam after Waid left. I can't say how excited I am that this book is returning!!
Not all who wander are lost....
Out of respect, Greg Land should be assigned one project.

Ah, of course! Too long since I read it.
I dunno, those seem very different references from the rest. That possible rat looks more like a reptile of some kind to me, so my first thought was of the Saurians, although admittedly that reference is just as vague as the ones I just discounted.

The "C" in the wood could be a reference of Meridian because is the symbol of Cadador.
And i think Greg Land must be in Sojourn again.
I'm very excited for this return of Crossgen, but Marvel but marvel should not forget Scion, Negation and Crux.
PD: Hello to all. I'm a spanish fan of Crossgen.
I read the first volume of Ruse and enjoyed it. I'm reading the first volume of Meridian and enjoying that.
I've always meant to check out Way of the Rat.
The only prominent red-haired character I can think of from CrossGren is Ashleigh. So perhaps that means Scion returns as well?
I can't say I'm a fan of the new sigil.

* It looks as if there's a piece of Arwen's bow on that table,
* the flag from the path,
* the sword from el cazador,
* the stone face of altwaal from The First,
* Guns from kiss kiss bang bang, (hence the lipstick on the bottom of the guns)
* The ring from way of the rat,
* Piece of wood with an image on it from Meridian
* Lock of hair with a bowtie on it, looks like the tail of the little puppie of Negation.
* Dead lizzard, linking to sigil
* The map, Route 66
Dunno if there are any more clues..
All the while Simon's holding a pendant with the sigil between his hands.
I guess that's them?
