I stand corrected, I guess Marvel had already been running the projections. Good for them.
Hopefully this means that new titles can actually last.
...probably not.
Interesting, I noticed they don't say what the new price point will be or how much content will be affected. Really want to know those tidbits.
Good on both publishers! Only means good things for the business (hopefully).
The thing with Marvel is they mention nothing about the current 3.99 books...just that new books will not launch at 3.99 starting in January.
Read about the greatest series ever, Alpha Flight...from the beginning!
Wait for the freak out when they specify that new titles will launch at $3.50.

I will be saving a buck on Ultimate Spider-man. That's basically the only effect this has on me.
Methinks this a reaction to DC doing the same, what with the lack of information on a level DC provided.
Nonetheless, cheaper comics will get me reading more Marvel.
Action, Animal Man, Aquaman, Batman + Incorporated + B&R, Dial H, Earth 2, Flash, Frankenstein, GL + GLC, Justice League, Swamp Thing, Wonder Woman
The Boys
Isnt, like 70% of Marvel already at 3.99?
This doesn't really make that much of a difference unless we get a tremendous rollover.
Good move Marvel, now you just have to work on improving the CONTENT thats in those same books. A $3.99 POS or a $2.99 POS is still a POS...

I'm still waiting to see what the second issue of Heroes for Hire is priced before pre-ordering the first Xo
Yeah, I am curious what this means to current titles at $3.99. I guess it means all minis will be $2.99 from now... at least that is a good thing.
If everything drops back to $2.99 then I can get a whole bunch more books a month.
LOL January. Which is why Heroes For Hire debuts in December u_u
