I am now imagining the ending of Requiem for a Dream but with Wolverine and his friends going through the acts... I'd give more details but it's way too graphic, depressing, and spoilerific.

Part of me wishes Darren wouldn't waste his time on this crap. Part of me thinks Logan in Japan could be really cool, and if anyone, Darren could probably make it a pretty rad movie.

    I'm conflicted...

This could be either great or horrifying. I'm imagining Wolverine in the midst of a heroin jonesing.

On the other hand, it'd still suck less than the last movie.
The Punisher: I’m going to cauterize your rectum, sealing it shut, so when you turn those delicious Pink Pants™ Fruit Pies into waste products the bilirubin in your feces will leach into your bloodstream and you’ll die screaming! And I’ll watch while having sex with this grateful prostitute!

Trussed-Up Hooker: Blueberry are my favorite!

In other words, what StoneGold said.

I have zero confidence in this guy as a director.
He comes off like David Lynch lite, all the confusing mess, none of the interesting camera bits.
I have no idea how they could look at something like The Fountain (which, to be fair, had an ass script as well) and decide "Oh yeah, this is the guy for our action flick."

You guys do realize Gavin Hood was a Oscar winning indie director too right? Just because Fox want a indie director doesn't mean it's gonna be quality.

This is fantastic news, I always thought the Logan in Japan story was a great read. Now, it get's the chance to be made into a brilliant film....
