I voted poor. Other than the second issue I didn't really enjoyed it. The explanations was poorly executed and the characters felt off sometimes.
As I sad before I see it as a story that simple was going to answer some question OMD and BND had made.
It's a story I say you can skip if you simple started on BND era or if you don't care at all about it
In the middle of the night...
Thought it was great. Really helped make the clumsy execution of OMD more palatable, and Rivera's art is gorgeous.
"You can't trust them as poets either. The true poet is anonymous, as to his habits, but these boys have to look, act, and apparently smell like poets"
Flannery O'Connor on the beats.
And for the hell of it, a directory of threads devoted to OMIT (which invites the question of why on Earth I'd think another was necessary.)

One More Day, One Moment in Time and One More story deals with a third story Quesada intends to write, with ties to OMD and OMIT.
One interpretation of how OMD and OMIT work shows OMIT essentially retcons OMD.
JMS or Joe Quesada. Whose version of OMD was better? asks whether JMS's original plans for OMD were better than the final result.
What questions did OMIT not answer? is self-explanatory.
As is, "Which was better? OMD or OMIT?"
And then there's the recently completed five-part "Cup of Joe" series on the subject.
Cup of Joe September 27
Cup of Joe September 28
Cup of Joe September 29
Cup of Joe September 30
Cup of Joe October 1
And there's the General Quesada's Spider-Man thread.
And a retcons megathread,
And the Amazing Adventures of the Brick.
Outside of Rivera's art it was absolutely worthless.

One of the best Spidey stories in my opinion. I put it with my other fave "Grim Hunt." I can not wait to read more stories like this :D
The first time I saw love, it was hanging from a tree.
Not great. Not horrible. Above Average I'd say.
What I really think of it though is that butthurt fanboys complain too much about it.
(No disrespect meant to any fanboys out there. Or anyone with a butt that hurts.)
"if you ever disagree it means that you are wrong."
I voted poor. I tried to go into it with an open mind, but I don't like the idea of separating Peter and MJ in this way.
Rivera's art was excellent, and I'm glad they finally addressed all the lingering stuff from OMD, but I'd sooner forget all about this story.
I guess I'm curious, because it's what everyone's talking about today, but I don't like the idea really at all, so I have no intention of ever reading this.
The Rivera art is among the best ever on any Spidey story and I give Joe Q having the stones to tell the story himself but his ham-fisted Mephisto retcon and overall awkward feel to the story render it just barely bearable. PS---Too bad it fell in between the excellent Gauntlet/Grim Hunt and current Origin of the Species arcs as they have all been excellent!![]()

The Shadow, 2008
I thought it was poor. Rivera's art saved it from being completely worthless for me.
Observe, Orient, Decide, Act
Poor, but minus the may not even be worth reading for free.
