The Hood? Again? I'm sick of him; can't Bendis use a different villain?

The last few years, he's used Ultron, Xorn, Doctor Doom, Loki, Norman Osborn, the Hand, the Skrulls, and, apparently, the Ancient One.
This just in: Chris Sprouse has pulled out of Orson Scott Card.

he can't write the villains he does use, correctly. why do you want him to ruin a different villain?

The battle for the Infinity Gems will continue well into next year
Oh boy. How many time is this dude going to get some magical items just to be taken away later on?

The revelation about the Illuminati will have major impact on the relationships between the characters and what Steve Rogers thinks of Tony Stark and his place on the team
Why dont they just marry these two.
    Seriously.

hahaha.. I knew I couldn't click through fast enough before someone complained about the Hood.

If it ends up being a good story, I don't care if Baby Cage is the villain. hmmm

Wasn't the Illuminati "Outed" during World War Hulk???

Come on Bendis please try to keep up, although I am intrigued by the Infinity Gems being brought back.

I'm loving Avengers! I think Bendis is doing an amazing job and he's plans for the future sounds like it will not stop anytime soon. I really can't wait to see how people react when they find out about the Illuminati and how it's going to affect Tony and Steve's friendship which is already on shakey ground!

Hulk revealed that these guys plotted to launch him into space. But I don't believe that any knows that these were guys were meeting together and trying to secretly manipulate things behind the scenes for years.

    Oh dear lord...

When this storyline ends, not everybody walks away alive, for lack of a better word [Laughs]," Bendis revealed. "And not everyone that's a hero stays a hero and not everyone who's a villain stays a villain. There's some side switching going on."
So that suggests Voodoo and Hellstrom either die or become villains. And I see Bendis is STILL harping on the "Doctor Strange is a deus ex machina" nonsense.

Would someone explain to me what is "spiritual" or "mystical" about Wolverine?

I hope it involves them high-fiving each other. Seriously I can imagine how the conversation will go:

Steve: You've got the reality gem?
    Tony: Yep.
Steve: And you never attempted to use it once?
    Tony: Nope.
Steve: Not even to alter the ending of me dying for a while?
    Tony: You know it!
    Steve: ...can I touch it?
    Tony: No.
Steve: You're off the team, traitor!
    [Level 1 antagonism]
Homer: Ned Flanders, I mock your value system. You also appear foolish to the eyes of others.
Ned: Well howdy, Homer! Thanks for dropping by!
    [Level 2 antagonism]
Homer: Past instances in which I professed to like you, were fraudulent.
Ned: Oh well. I'll just have to try harder. Thanks for dropping by!
    [Maximum hostility factor]
Homer: I engaged in intercourse with your spouse or significant other. Now that's psychiatry!

Great. Either of these guys could run circles around Strange as far as being an interesting character. In fact, the only time I've ever read Strange and not been bored to tears was when he was being made fun of (the Giffen Defenders mini) or he was acting like a complete jerk (the Vaughan mini).

You really want me impressed? Make Strange a villain. That'd at least make him interesting. Because turning Voodoo, who just made it to the big time after three decades of background shots, or the Son of freaking Satan villains just smacks of fail.
There's no sense in nonsense when the heat's hot.
