I feel like the more Joe explains about this story, the more muddled and convoluted it all sounds. Can't the story just speak for itself, good or bad? Is all this post-mortem necessary? If a story need all this explanation, backdrop, and defending, was it a story really worth telling?

"Superior New Day" is temporary: but maybe Juggernaut can be the new She-Hulk! And Skeletor can be Battle Cat. Darth Vader can be Princess Leia in the new Superior Star Wars! Unleash the Whacken!

Are we going to get a bunch of hulring back n forth between Joe and JMS? I hope not. Better to let fans debate.

I also hope Joe Q never decides that Slott or Wacker need this sort of "corrective" reporting.

yeh, who is next on Joe's hit list....when he gives more future "interviews" explaining his horror stories that need sequels AND post interviews to keep explaining things to customers....

Is it just me, or has this turned into so much of a cluster**** that it's actually starting to be funny? :)

JOE Q: By the way, let me add, that Dan Slott was also unbelievably helpful during this period as he helped me formulate some of the ideas that eventually be used in "OMIT."
Run Dan!! He's giving you credit for this turd now too!!!! LOL

Joe's throwing everyone under the bus with this crap! LOL

Yes, because if there has been one thing that has defined Joe Q's tenure as EIC, it's been the lack of publicity stunts.

Of course it was a sales gimmick. And OMD and OMIT are designed to increase sales as well. Why is that a bad thing?

I must really hate myself to continue to read these articles which continue to breed such negative emotions.

Also can't some of us guys who have stuck with spider-man despite how much we've hated this decision get some credit. How many comicbooks have a divided fanbase pissed with a major decision and change to status quo, retain fans said pissed fans. This is something thats brood not so much from this articles but other posts by writers, another negative feeling these articles bring up.
