I'm with Slott. Mack-n-dale was the pronunciation for the 90s show, and thus it will forever remain.

    Ditto!!

Much as I am enjoying "Origin of THe Species" (far more than I thought I would have), I wish we could just fast-forward at this point!

May be the first Spiderman book I regularly pick-up ever.

Been looking to cut a couple ongoings, and ASM might be it. I loved BND, but, I felt Slott's stuff, while solid, wasn't anything special. Since Big Time is a clean breaking point, I might stop reading before it starts. It's going to take a lot of willpower though, as this series has been a pull-list mainstay for me since the Iron Spider costume debuted. (Which might not sound like a lot, but I've only been reading for 7-ish years)

I'll be honest: after JMS' run, "There will be a change to the roster of spider-powers" makes me very, very nervous. Still, I'll give Big Time a shot. I just hope Peter Parker doesn't get a bulge in his big, big, big, big, big, big, big, big, big, big, big, big, head (I also hope somebody gets that reference).

The Hobgoblin storyline sounds interesting, so does Peter's new science job. The new powers thing does make me nervous (the Other was horrible), but Dan Slott's run, despite the new powers thing, is sounding interesting. Not sure if I'll have the money to read it, but I'll be following the preview pages & spoilers closely. Maybe I can get a trade later on at least.
