I like his comments about Emma and Cyke, but that is not how Fraction has been protraying them.

I think he knows how to actually write the X-Men.Gillen is particularly fascinated by the personality quirks of characters like Emma Frost (the White Queen), Cyclops and Namor. "I often joked that the character of Emily Aster in 'Phonogram' was my White Queen audition tape. That type of person is my type of person. While I like Emma's confidence, I also find Cyclops' self doubting nature to also be appealing," the writer revealed. "I like Namor for the same reason I like Doctor Doom. They're similar in that they're very arrogant and regal men. I can do that. Cyclops probably plays to my many insecurities, but Namor is appealing because of my complete, stupid arrogance [Laughs].

I'm happy he is Marvel Exclusive. Awesome deal for Marvel.
The thing I was most interested in were comments about X-Villains, plus bits about Emma's characterization.
Can't wait for Uncanny's future.I like Aurora, Domino, Rogue, Nemi, Agent Brand, Nocturne, PJ Harvey, Warpath, Galacta, Cassandra Cain, X-23, Battles, She Hulk, and.. some others.

He's a Rachel fan. That's all you need. I don't know how you can be a Cyclops fan and like Rachel. Rachel is the ultimate attack on Cyclops.

This seems somewhat like the Alpha Flight/Avengers switch back in the day. We'll probably be seeing Gillen take over completely after a few months.

You are going to be able to tell which pages are written by Matt and which are written by Gillen. I read of UXM #500 and it's blatantly obvious.
