Or who is Conner's counterpoint in all three marvel franchises?

THe only I can think of is Scarlet Spider because both are clones, both are using existing logos from the super heroes they were cloned from but their costume designs were made differently. Who is the woman in the 1st image?

I'm not a huge Marvel fan, so I would have no clue who Superboy's counterpoint would be, but I do know the woman in the first image is Caitlin Fairchild. She has been a constant in his new series and will be in her own soon, The Ravagers I believe.
