It all comes down to how Green Lantern performs. Flash, and every other hero except maybe Superman and Batman will rely on GL.
Personally, I think they should try to look more to live action and animated TV and not oversaturate the movie industry.
I don't think small things like TV shows and especially animated TV shows are very profitable.
Movies, and the merchandising associated with movies, are going to be the central thing. Now, videogames have become a force as well, and I'll be interested to see if Warner tries to seriously launch any video games not associated with movies or TV shows (like the Suicide Squad game in development).
Perhaps, I tend to think they'll go so long as the movies are good, especially since one can have so many different types. Dark KNight (gritty crime drama) being very different from Iron Man (action/adventure) which would be very different from an Ant Man (outright comedy) movie would will be different from a Green Lantern (sci-fi drama).
I don't think the public necessarily sees them as all that related anyway. I doubt they had any idea that Jonah Hex was part of the same universe as Batman and Superman, you know?
I agree with you Desaad. It's all how they differentiate the heroes and story types. It's exciting news... So many options for stories and characters.

"Gargantua, stop! We're... friends!"
- Lynda Carter as Wonder Woman
I would say "The Flash" film is a dead sert and Warner Brothers will also be very interested in "Teen Titans" to replace Harry Potter. I also think they'll announce plans for the next Superman and Batman films.
I hope they announce a Wonder Woman movie though.
It depends really on the property. Making The Question as a Live Action TV Show for instance makes more sense than as a movie, as it fits the idea of a weekly crime drama well, and it'd be more affordable than something that requires a big budget to do justice, like Green Lantern does. On the subject of that, it does seem like the right time to do Green Lantern, as it's apparently going to push the space opera aspect of it pretty strongly and the Star Trek reboot showed that can be successful.
movies i hope they make.

northlanders .american vampire. bprd. concrete. detective comics.
Moving to L.A. could be the worst or the best thing to ever happen to DC Comics... on the one hand, I fear Didio and company will feel more free to inject even more Hollywood sensibilities (read: sex and gore) into their comics. On the other, the WB might keep a closer eye on their products and make them more family friendly. We'll see...
the thing with TV series/cartoon series is that it helps to promote the characters to a broader audience than the comics
that is a fact
and if a character is better known then the best it will make in another mediums
so in the long way is really good
Exactly, especially when you are trying to boost visibility of non iconic characters. DC has marvel beat in animated shows, marvel has dc beat in videogames, and they will probably be about even in movies. Really, DC needs to start developing some videogames, Marvel vs Capcom looks awesome and DC needs a fighting game to compete.
Movie wise, DC is almsot assuredly losing to Marvel.
Marvel has 3 extremely popular franchises going -- X Men, Spiderman and Iron Man.
DC has 1 -- Batman.
Yeah, Marvel doesn't actually own the rights to two of their big franchises, but they still raise visibility of their characters and get huge revenue from the movies.
Wat we really really want is a Suicide Squad movie.......or even beter a series.
I sure would like to see a Flash movie and a Superman movie of course would be also most welcome.
Concerning Wonder Woman, well, the risk that they turn it into a sad caricature and in a "look at my ass" fest is extremely high i'm afraid.
Final words ?
MORE ANIMATED MOVIES !!!!
