more than likely it would. if it were back in the old days, yama would've order ichigo to stay out of HM to save orihime or worst, had a few captains drag his ass back to SS to made sure he stayed out of HM. instead he merely suggested for him to stay out but he knew ichigo wasn't gonna stay out so he sent 4 captains to back him up. mind you, he said they couldnt spare the man power to save orihime. also note that when rukia and renji went to HM to back up ichigo, he asked if byakuya let them go. they said no. why? because byakuya told them that his orders were to take them back to SS. what they did afterwards was none of his business. so yeah, depending on the order, i think things would be different.

Fair enough. But Bleach just has too many dropped plotlines (Quincy genocide, Captain Lassie (wth is he), Hell and Where are the dead Espada etc.) for me to take it seriously anymore.

Does anyone read bleach for plot anymore or do you read it for the sexy characters and stylish fights? For me its the latter.

Thanks, though i've been here awhile, just rarely if ever post. And yeah i still enjoy it. I can't stand the short chapters though, so i wait until the arc is finished and then binge.

On the quincide I meant that there has been no repercussions for any of those involved. You would think the extermination of a strange german-japanese hybrid culture would raise some eyebrows. And where was it said that Sajin is a dog-person. The espada, in the mythology it says that any hollow killed by a shinigami is either sent to hell or soul society. Where did these dudes souls go?

Hallibel is supposed to be alive, but we only know that looking at the Databooks.

Has central 46 returned? Because after their deaths, Yama was placed in command. And i say he is a knight templar because based on his blind faith in the law he was willing to fight and kill two prize students he had raised and trained for centuries. Also im sure you know that goverments are always assholes in shonen. Always

I was going to have some fun breaking apart how ignorant I feel it is to watch something solely for "moving pretty pictures of half naked women."

And I think I can simply say that you would know more about the manga....and not be behind on these sorta things if you actually cared about the plot.

So...lemme give plot reasons why that didn't raise eyebrows......the Soul Society governing body sends down an official order to exterminate a group that was radically throwing the spirit and real world off to a level that would eventually destroy both.
This group had before hand openly stated that they had no plans to stop their actions and would defend that decision to the teeth, to the final man.

So:
1. They are destroying the worlds.
2. They refuse to ever, ever, ever stop.


I hope that clears it up a bit. I can keep going if not.

I finally figured out how to phrase my confusion / issue with holy's style.

Reading manga / watching anime only for the big explosions and fight scenes is like watching a porno for the plot ( like the juxtaposition there? ).
