Stand by my theory that Ken's Zan will be healing based like Unohana's, and after she completes breaking down his barriers and he defeats her, instead of killing her he will heal her.
In any case I don't buy for a second that she's dying. The two of them will emerge from Muken together alive.

I really like this idea. Considering Unohana keeps beating him senseless and then reviving him, it would make a nice parallel.

Let's not forget that these plotlines have been taking like, a weekend, out of his time.
And it's not like his unbelievable MILF of an employer is actually going to notice if he doesn't show up. It took her the entire series up until Aizen's defeat to remember he needed to report in after all.

I'm not sure if that was actually her Bankai, but if so, I think it's a little too similar to Barragan's and Genryusai's powers. I love the idea of her having learned healing for the express purpose of healing herself to keep fighting forever, though. I'm not positive, but it looked like Zaraki was using kendo when he stabbed her in the neck, so that might be the end, but I really hope not. She should be able to heal and keep fighting at least until he learns to use kendo as more than a Finisher. I'm extremely excited to see this battle get animated. With a little creativity you could make this fight look cooler than any in the anime.
