I think what he is trying to say is that SS does not want to risk the chance that in an attempt to kill Aizen he will once again get a new power up. Since this time their is no Ichigo to save them.

pretty much yeah. as he is, he's pretty much stronger than everyone. trying to kill him didnt do gin any good and just made him uber-stupid strong.

Well, yeah, I was implying they'd hook up and Momo would be the great-etc.-etc.-grandmother of Hitsugaya XXXVI or whatever.
