In Hueco Mundo, Yammy has been embarrassingly defeated off screen; Byakuya and Kenpachi are leaving. Kenpachi says the end wasn't too boring.

Either the translators screwed up or Yammy managed to fail even harder during his offscreen battle, cause Kenpachi seems to have been disappointed by the fight.

Yeah, the difference between "it was boring" and "it wasn't boring" is pretty minimal, and it wouldn't be the first time that the spoiler translators got mixed up with a nuance like that.
Based on Kenpachi's face I'd saying "boring" is the correct one.

And it also looks like we have some kind of development at the end here; what's happening to Ichigo hmm?

New theory: Aizen posses Ichigo body. That's his bankai and when he activates it his sword disappears. The body that was sealed was occupied by specially prepped mod-soul meant to take over when real Aizen leaves the body. It also though it was the real Aizen Doom-bot style.

I find it surprising that Yammy could manage to keep a dog, considering he kills pretty much anything and anyone weaker then him.

So how long will it take for the next arc to finally get fully underway. I mean, I first stared even reading this manga back in the Kenpachi vs Nnoitra. I went back, read up to the current arc and kept up with the scans and we are just now finishing the arc/saga.

Well Yammy, you really were the embodiment of failure.

It does look like Ichigo could get possed by Aizen, or maybe Ichigo will reactivate his Shingami powers by taking/absorbing Aizen's.
