Rogue and Bishop's daughter would be called Discharge, and she'd touch people and drain all or some of their bioelectrical energy out of them causing them to either die or fall unconscious. She could then use this energy to extend her own life, heal herself, enhance her physical abilities (speed, strength, stamina,) or discharge it as various energy beams.

kay so who else is with me that Bleach is about ready for their own timeskip? Sure Orihime is still around, and could probably undo any effect that Ichigo inflicts on himself with this Final Getsuga Tensho, Mutsuga. Yet, I'm kind of thinking thats the best way to take bleach into the next stage... a cool down period for both worlds, and time to surprise us with crazy power creeps from those who at this point are well irrelevant.

Why does Ichigo even need to pull out the final Getsuga Tenshou at this point? He was spanking Aizen handily without it.

Close. I think that he just wants to really end it all at this moment. He's already learned his lesson about what happens when you don't go all out against Aizen. I can't imagine losing his Shinigami powers will hamstring Ichigo too badly. He is the protagonist so he'll power up to save the day, later on.
