That's pretty good. I don't think there's anything especially wrong with the pose, but perhaps it would look better if his left hand was doing something (or even if it was just balled into a fist) instead of just hanging limply at his side. I think the face could use a little work though - the eyes look strange, and I think the grin could be a bit more "evil-looking".

I totally agree. Next time it'll be more dynamic. Perhaps in a battle with the FF woot!

I was inspired by Hickman's current run to look up Byrne's early issues which lead me to draw Diablo lol.

Seriously, Diablo needs to mount a comeback :D
