It's a matter of some debate. We don't want him, but Marvel keeps pushing him into the x-books classification.

Yes. Considering that's where most of his appearances relate. And the fact he's on Uncanny X-Force.

Though his solo book does seem more like Marvel Universe material. But Marvel says X-Men.

As much as I loate Deadpool, I'm picking up this issue. Jeff Parker + Gorilla Man make even Deadpool readable.

I feel like the talent on this book is being seriously wasted on a story about Deadpool playing with monkeys.

We make up for it with explosions and a 5 page Hepzibah/Sage sub-plot.

Thank you. Whenever possible, I try and do the opposite of what the people who hire me want.

I'd really love a Sage/Deadpool team-up, though I'd prefer it be an "annual" - Sage VERSUS Deadpool. A madman with an uncontrollable healing a factor versus a super-sane computer brain with complete control over her own body.

Oh hey, what do you folks think of the "inking" on this? They let me do a hybrid ink/pencil/digital technique. (I trust the x-forums to tell me it looks like shit if it does and not blow smoke up my ass. :) )

D@N, that would be pretty interesting.

Not as scratchy as I prefer, but it comes off as being very...'clean'. Which I think is a better choice for something action-packed where things can get confusing.

It kind of reminds me of cel-shading. Kinda.

It looks pretty good to me. I don’t know any artistic buzzwords to throw in to make me sound more official. I like the flashes, lightning, and electricity parts. You should draw Surge.
