Even though I've been watching this show without any ill feelings, I am glad it's finally ending. Honestly, I've gotten a bit tired of it. But I hope it at least gives satisfying conclusion.

I would be really satisfied if they can somehow get Rosenbaum back for the final season since the trailers hinted on a possible Lex return.

Honestly , while it had some unsatisfactory and cheesy moments , i still liked the series because there's no other show like it on tv. Until there is another superhero series (no , not heroes) , i actually wouldn't mind seeing it continue on. It has grown a bit weary perhaps with clark not wearing the suit and all and can't fly but still , i will miss it once it ends.

Would be nice if there is a spin off series that follows this. I think Green Arrow is popular enough to carry his own show. Maybe bring Chloe along

Yeah there are a lot of times where the show just fails, but as a Superman fan, I overall do appreciate their attempt to tell a pre-costume Clark. Seeing them bring a lot of DCU elements has been a treat for fans of the show and comics alike.

So wait......does that mean "Oracle" will still be around, just without her actually showing up? Because I've been picturing Chloe's demise by New Gods a few episodes in since she made the announcement.

I don't know. But I think the producers said they intend to give her a happy ending.

....that pleases me. I got the impression her leaving would be due to a bad thing (like death). That or she doesn't get really get an ending at all.

I know many (myself included) expected her to die, since she doesn't fit in Superman lore. But I think with the news that she's entering comics in Action Comics pretty much solidifies that she will stay.

If she's tired of being the same character after 9 full seasons, I can't imagine Allison Mack would play a major part in any spinoff.

Assuming she isn't Omega Beamed early on, I assume one of Chloe's episodes will include the finale. It just wouldn't seem right for her not to be around.

Speaking of being around, anyone remember Pete Ross?

And then there's there's Lana. Yeah, her storyarc in season 8 was god-awful. But, I do hope they can come up with some kind of real closure there. Hell, it seemed ridiculous to me that with all the concern about the Kryptonians...nobody thought to call the Krytonite Woman.

I imagine it'll be kind of funny when Kara returns, and finds out about the whole Kandorian affair, considering in her last appearance, she flew off on a rumor to "find Kandor" or some such.

I didn't realize Michael Ironsides has already been on the show as General Lane. So, to play Darkseid, the obvious choice is...Andre Braugher.
