Default It's time to get squirrely

So....on a scale of 1 to 10 how awesome would it be for squirrel girl to get her own animated seris? What about a live action show/movie? Better yet who would you cast to play her if she ever got on the big screen and why?

It'd be a hard show to keep writing, I mean no Marvel villain could possibly hold a torch to Squirrel Girl. And after she's done annihilating Thanos and Galactus in the first season where does she go from there?

Someone really needs to put a bullet in this stupid chick's head. Or shuffle her off to the League of Substitute Heroes where she belongs. Or put her in a Disney movie. My personal choice is for the bullet.

Well, according to Age of Heroes #3, Selina Gomez would be a good choice. I don't know that a series or even a movie featuring her would necessarily be that great an idea (and I love SG). I'm hoping she'll be in Super Hero Squad soon at least.

as long as Foamy makes a guest appearance in the first episode, unleashes the Squirrely Wrath on her, and then the show becomes about Foamy, i'm all for it

After awhile, people would realize that Squirrel Girl actually transforms into an alter ego, The Villianous Vole. The only way to stop this all powerful threat will be for Reed Richards to fashion a device to make everyone forget Squirrel Girl ever existed.
Later Bendis will use a bastardized version of her in The New New Avengers that will bear only superficial resemblance to your once beloved hero.
IS THIS WHAT YOU WANT TO HAPPEN?
Seriously, I thinkSquirrel Girl is better off used the way she has been. In small doses, preferably written by Slott.

Marvel only has a handful of lighthearted and comedic characters. One's already been ruined this year due to overexposure.
Don't let Squirrel Girl, Howard the Duck, or Machine Man go the same way please.

    ...
THAT SAID: Ellen Page would be a great Squirrel Girl and would still be hot with a tail.

I am uncomfortable with how this makes me feel.

I'm at a loss as to what is gained in the anti-SG posts, particularly the fairly angry-seeming of them. So, Squirrel Girl isn't for everyone. She isn't real and she hasn't sugared your gas tank while talking bad about you with your exes.

Sorry, there's probably a better pick, but I'm not a movie guy.
