    Thumbs up

The first Grandville was great, so I'm suspecting the second will be as good or better. Everything Talbot does should be heralded as a major event in the comics industry.

Yes I also greatly enjoyed the first Grandville.

Incidentally I was intrigued at Bryan Talbot's decision to make all the characters "manimals" (Is that the right term??... basically human bodies with animal heads.)

It lent itself to some wonderful jokes, but I'm not sure it suited the story (a thrill a minute action adventure) all that well. And... for my money made it harder to convey emotion.

But just a minor niggle. I'll certainly be buying the new series.
